Snowdrift Sports Massage

In Mammoth, winter is our time to grind. Doing too much and not taking time for body maintenance is a great way to burn out and injure yourself. Don’t wait until it’s too late! Just like your car, it’s easier to maintain than to repair!

Snowdrift is truly a DIY effort. From products, to graphic design, to reception- everything is done in house. Building this business from the ground up has been a rewarding and sometimes frustrating challenge, but I love seeing the fruits of my labor. As the time goes by, I get to watch my baby grow and I can’t wait to see what is in store for the future!

My life has been defined by adventuring in the mountains. Every season that passes, I’m filled with gratitude for the experiences this lifestyle has brought me. Snowdrift is a way for me to give back and to help my community to keep doing these things that we love. When I give a massage to another mountain athlete, I get to use my experience gained from my own time pushing my body’s limits. I know many of the aches and pains that I help to relieve personally and I know the passion that leads a person to keep going back again and again, despite the effort it takes. I love this life of playing in the mountains and am so happy that I have the opportunity and skills to give back in any way I can.

Curious about the techniques that differentiate Sports Massage from traditional massage? You’re in luck, because I’ve compiled a brief description of some of the techniques that you would encounter during one of my Sports Massages! The best way to learn, however, is to book a massage and come experience first hand!

The holidays are upon us and it is the perfect time to get in melt away all those aches and pains! What better gift is there for your loved one (or for yourself) than a massage! I have gift cards available now, and trust me, it will be the favorite gift of the season!
