Toothbrushes can accumulate so much BACTERIA 😷 that can lead to sickness and infections!!!!!

🦷 The best way to avoid that is to CLEAN your toothbrush!!!!!

➡️Here is how you can clean yours:
🌱Fill a glass with water 💦
🌱Add 5 drops 💧 of Thieves Essential Oil
🌱Soak overnight 💤
🌱Then, rinse your toothbrush
with running water💦

‼️After you clean your toothbrush, it is best to store it upright to DRY!! When it is not upright, your toothbrush is not getting enough air. The lack of air can cause more BACTERIA! 🤦🏽‍♀️Nichole

Another one for the kitchen…
A few things to ponder.
You can “dish wash” the saliva off a utensil someone uses in order to prep it for the next person, but is it actually better that you offer them a chemically-laced fork than it is that they just eat after the last person? (I know, gross, right? But that’s my point. Neither one is a good option.).
You can scrub your pots and pans, most likely using warm water. The heat helps the detergent release the food grime better, but it also opens your pores. That means anything in the cleaning agent runs right into your body. Do you really want to stream that bright orange, green, blue, or yellow junk in your hands?
I’m sure we could keep going.
Or you could just get the good stuff now and kick the crud to the curb.
