The Strength of a Rose Experience is Today!

This was placed on me while at my lowest point. I had gone through so much and kept so much in for so many years, that unfortunately that internal explosion that people say will happen if try to keep everything in- finally happened and I was not ready. I was in a hospital bed for 6 days in the ICU over a year ago. I didn't know if I was going to leave the hospital alive and well I'm not going to share to much here. This is just to let you know in part- why its called the Strength of a Rose. Also for those who don't know my mother's name is Rose. 🌹

While I have done countless events in the US and overseas, this one stopped me in my tracks- Fear of failure, or fear of people seeing me as something other than strong was keeping me from pushing forward.

There were so many times I stopped and didn't want to continue to get to this day because I didnt want people to see me differently, but God put this one me and would not let up about it, he showed me the vision of the items to be placed in the room, the people to reach out to and while some of them didn't want to be a part of it, I still kept going and here we are just hours away. I am so proud of myself for continuing and so thankful for the ladies who came on board with a project that stuttered as I shared it with them- Monique C.
