A little update! 🫶
When I opened Relax & Renew to the public, I promised myself I would re-evaluate my pricing after six or seven months. Well… here we are!
With each passing month appointments grew, lately you all have kept me so busy that many weeks I’m completely booked. That has shown me something I’ve been hesitant to admit… I’ve simply been undercharging for what I provide.
Beginning now, my updated pricing reflects not only the treatments themselves, but the quality products I use, the continued education I invest in, the extra time I spend creating personalized treatment plans, and the guidance and recommendations you receive during every appointment.
This price adjustment allows me to continue giving every client the experience they deserve while building a business that’s sustainable for the long run.

Making content is not my passion, but speaking on years of professional experience, knowledge, and topics I’m passionate about -is something I actually could do for hours. Keeping it under so many seconds is the hard part! Many things do not have a solid general answer because there are so many factors to consider for giving the best advice, the circumstances of each persons skin can vary drastically.
Separately: I’ve always wondered why so many people have a scar under their chins, I wouldn’t be surprised if it were half the female population. 😂

Active ingredients are the targeted ingredients in skincare products that actually create a real change in the skin. Such as: smoothing texture, brightening dark spots, or boosting collagen. They’re the “working” part of a product, not the hydration or stabilizing part of the formula for example.
Using them correctly matters because the skin barrier has limits! Too much too fast can lead to irritation, dryness, and sensitivity in the slightest things. When you apply them properly, the barrier stays strong while the skin still gets real results.

Because skin doesn't change from doing something once here and there. It changes when you keep it simple and actually stick with it.
It's not about having a complicated routine or constantly switching products. It's about using the right ingredients for your skin goals, choosing the right treatments for your skin, supporting that work at home, and not overdoing it (keep it simple! Yet effective!)
And that's when you start to see the change; less inflammation, more hydration, more even tone, and skin that just feels calmer overall.
Consistency is what turns "I'm trying everything" into "this is finally working."
