Day 9 post op 2nd c section
I am 3lbs away from pre baby weight 💪🏽 really changed things for me this go round and I am so glad I continued to workout as long as I did
Trying to sing lullabies but you were raised on 90s country 🫶🏼
Last conditioning day at Tribe until I’m cleared to workout after my c section. I’m so sad but so proud I made it 37 weeks 💪🏽 incline walks the next 2 weeks
Week 36 and still at it but taking it a little easier with the HIIT 😅

🚨 BREAKING | Eric Dane has passed away after a lengthy battle with ALS. His character on Grey’s Anatomy was as Dr. Sloan and the suave Dane became known as McSteamy. He was only 53.

What a day! I went from being on a panel at a women’s leadership conference to being right back in scrubs doing what I do best! But, I sure hope that LaShoundra, Allie, and I inspired women to get out and post content about what they are passionate about. If I can do it, anyone can! 🩷
