On the top 2 photos you can see when I pull back the skin there are little closed comedones hiding, almost more so embedded underneath. While these particular acne bumps will respond to topical skincare, 🧴 they truly need to be extracted because of how they are so deep in the skin and how long it takes topical skincare to bring them up and out. 👋
