Effective 6/1-8/7 my office hours will be changing. I will be starting at 9am and ending promptly at 4pm. This allows me to spend more time with my family while my children are on summer break! I always strive to be transparent with my clients and this change will also help me heal my body. As I always say I cannot pour from an empty cup! Thank you for your understanding!

2026 marks 4 years of business and helping clients achieve their wellness goals. As a self-employed business owner, you never really get a day off. Today I’m enjoying a foggy day, a cup of tea and working on building my brand from home. Work never really stops, I enjoy building a safe place and providing a place to relax and focus on their needs.
