🌸 Important Policy Update

To my beautiful clients,
I want to start by saying how much I love and appreciate every one of you who has trusted me with your hair and supported Gala Hair Extensions. Your loyalty means the world to me. 💕

Due to a recent situation, I have updated my payment policy to better protect my business and ensure fairness for everyone:

✨ Split payments will no longer be accepted
✨ A 50% deposit is required when booking for new hair extensions
✨ All balances must be paid in full before leaving the salon

This change comes after an unfortunate experience where my kindness was taken advantage of. I will be sharing a full storytime video soon to explain more and bring transparency to the situation.

Please know that this is not directed toward my loyal clients who have always respected my time and craft , I truly appreciate you more than words can express. Thank you for continuing to support me and trusting me with your hair journey. 💖

Blonding + 20” Genuis weft + K tip hybrid 💖
