I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. In such cases, I’d like to kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any and all changes. I do understand that accidents and emergencies happen that can prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. With that in mind, all salon guests will be given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes/cancellations. Beginning February 1, 2021, A credit card will be required to hold all appointments. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show”, there will be a charge of 20% of the service amount. This cancellation policy allows the time to inform any standby guests of availability, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for your support and considerartion for my growing business.
