Jan cares for each individual and enjoys promoting health and well-being through Massage Therapy. Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression. We specialize in Swedish, Hot Stone, Fibromyalgia, Pediatric, Special needs, Autism, Relaxation, Reflexology and Canine massage.
To my dear, wonderful massage clients,
I have good news and bad news.
The good news is my leg is healing well and I am able to put full weight in it!
The bad news is my shoulder replacement has to be postponed because I have a blood clot in my lung and will be taking blood thinners for at least 6 months.

To all the many wonderful people who have crossed my path through massage I just wanted to thank you and tell you what a blessing you are.
Due to an accident I am unable to put any weight on my right leg for several months.
In addition when I am able to walk again I will be having a shoulder replacement. This will take 3-4 or more months:
I have decided to temporarily close ABC Massage and place everything in storage until I am able to meet with you again for massage therapy.
We will meet again, don’t know where, don’t know just when . . .
