Opening Update:

As we prepare to open our Salon, we would like to make sure everyone is aware of the much needed precautions our clients and stylists will need to take.

1. You will need to wash/sanitize yours hands upon entering the salon. 🙌🏼 We will be taking your temperature also.
2. Everyone MUST wear a mask when entering and during your entire appointment. 😷 PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS A OVER THE EAR MASK. Not tie behind.
3. Only ONE person- the person receiving a service will be allowed in the salon. There is NO waiting room at this time, friends, spouses or children will not be able to wait in salon. If your child needs a haircut he/she will need to have their own appt time and only one parent will be allowed to accompany them. Children over 2 must wear a mask also🙋🏼‍♀️
4. You are asked to wait in your car when you arrive. Please notify us when you get there and wait until we text or call to let you know it is your time to join us. 🚙🤳🏻
5. Leave all unnecessary items in the car- only items needed are....You, your keys and your payment! 💁🏼‍♀️🔑💳💵
6. PLEASE stay home if you or someone you’ve been around have not been feeling well, or are showing symptoms of COVID-19..... we are absolutely willing to reschedule you in order to keep us all safe~ 🤒🤧
7. No food or drinks

And unfortunately no hugs 😏

We as stylists will be using extra steps of sanitation to ensure all stations, shampoo bowls, etc are cleaned and ready for the next clients.

After 4 years at The Hairdressers, I have changed location. I am now at Salon Vale. My appointments, prices, and phone number will stay the same.

'Twis the season for stacks of color bowls and other color service tools.

I was asked if you may bring more than 2 friends. Of course! If you RSVP, your name is put in a drawing! Please join us!

Along with every other working hair stylist, I am occasionally told by a client that he or she doesn’t like having any styling products on their hair. There are different reasons for this; some people just don’t like to “mess with” their hair and adding product fits into the description of “messing with”. Others tell me that it doesn’t make sense to cleanse their hair and then immediately “dirty it” again. Still other clients state that products make their hair flatter or not hold its finished style as well.
Though I can relate to all 3 of these reasons, I guarantee you, if you show a picture of your desired hair style to your hair stylist, that style was achieved by using some type of hair styling product.

Two of my favorite clients participated in a photo shoot with me today. Thank you Chris and Ryan! I will be posting the results within the next week or so.
