A little self-care day! Fresh hair in the morning and finally worked up the courage to get my lips done later!
I was SO nervous about lip filler, but it ended up being nowhere near as scary as I had made it in my head. 😂
So if you’ve been wanting to do it but you’re nervous… this is your sign. Go see Awaken Beauty because she made the whole experience so comfortable and I’m already loving them!!
And of course, we can’t forget the fresh hair from ERA | Hair by Kassi because she killed it too!!

Good morning!! Got my pumpkin chai and gonna wax my underarms, and legs! Brow tint and wax! Full leg wax and then getting ready for my clients for the day!! Let’s gooooo!!

Did a little brow tint on myself today!! Darker hair means darker brows 😊
When you’re a waxer and your husband tries to help 😂
Me: casually twirling my wax stick one-handed at 100 mph.
Him: using BOTH hands like he’s trying to start a fire. 😭
I love this man, but why did watching him handle a wax stick give me the ick for approximately 3–5 business days 😂

New set and I’m OBSESSED
The amount of talent between my two favorite nail techs is actually unfair 😂 I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without either of them.

That angry redness? It’s called a histamine response, and it’s actually a completely normal reaction after waxing for some people—especially if you’ve shaved in between waxes.
I’ve noticed every single time I stay consistent with waxing:
✨ Hair grows back finer.
✨ It’s more sparse.
✨ Some follicles don’t even grow hair anymore.
But the second I shave? 😭 My hair comes back with a vengeance, and my next wax reminds me I wasn’t loyal.
Don’t worry—the redness usually fades within a few hours (sometimes up to 24 hours), and it’s just your body’s temporary inflammatory response to the hair being removed.
Moral of the story: My legs are clearly team wax. 😂
The wax wasn’t the hardest part… telling him he has to wait 24 hours was. 🤣Your skin will thank you later!
