Two things that make our salon so special are for the results you get at your appointment and the goal we have of providing the best possible customer service experience during your appointment.

When we get new clients, one thing I hear so often is that they paid a lot of money for their hair at another salon and were not 100% satisfied, but felt bad speaking up to the stylist after leaving so they just never went back.

I wanted to take this time to let you all know a secret about us (and many other hairdressers at salons everywhere)--- WE ALWAYS WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR HAIR AND WOULD RATHER HAVE YOU LET US FIX IT THAN FOR US TO NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN!

Personally, I feel like the constructive criticism of how we can do better literally makes us better and if we don't know something wasn't perfect there is nothing we can do to fix it. You wear your hair everyday and it should always be PERFECT to YOU!
