✨ A Friendly Policy Reminder ✨

To ensure every appointment runs smoothly and fairly for all clients, I’d like to remind everyone of my policies:

• Payment is due at the completion of your service.
• No guests are permitted, including children or pets.
• Please arrange transportation ahead of time. Once your appointment has ended, I ask that you leave promptly, as I am unable to accommodate clients waiting for rides.
• A deposit is required to book all appointments. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• A missed appointment on your part isn’t an emergency to reschedule you on my part.
• All nail and lash appointments must be booked through my online booking link. Please text me only for hair inquiries or any other questions.

These policies are agreed to when you sign my client agreement and book your appointment. They are in place to keep my business running efficiently and to provide the best experience for every client. Failure to follow these policies may result in the termination of future booking privileges.
