10 hours behind the chair today and somehow it still never feels like “work.” 💛

I got to catch up with my regulars who I see once a month, reconnect with familiar faces I only see a couple times a year, and meet new clients who feel like old friends within minutes. That’s the magic of what I do.

My feet may be tired 🥴 but my heart is full. I truly have the best clients, and I don’t take that for granted.

I’ll be back in the salon next Wednesday.

Before + After = 😍
Would you believe me if I told you I didnt touch her head with any lightener today! Full transparency, the before pic is a bit deceiving because it was taken on her phone and the after was taken on my phone in portrait mode. Her hair was brassy, but not that brassy lol.
She was ready to shift the base tone closer to her natural color while staying light and bright and dimensional. Root tap + 4 low-lights + toner to brighten that blonde back up!

1230pm color opening this Thursday! 😍 Lets get your hair looking fabulous before Spring Break! 🌞

I had to put my thinking cap on for this one 😆
This lovely lady came in needing a color correction and let me tell you, it was not an easy task. We were dealing with compromised areas, yellow banding, grown-out roots, and very damaged ends. Definitely a “trust the process” kind of day (and I wish I had taken more before and during pics!).

But here’s the thing keeping the integrity of the hair is always my #1 priority.

I carefully assessed what her hair could handle, protected the fragile areas, and worked with her hair, not against it. And I’m so proud to say…
✨ zero breakage
✨ stronger, healthier hair
✨ beautiful, refreshed result (we still have a little work to do before its 100%, but I didnt want to push her hair anymore today)

We finished with a treatment to rebalance her pH, porosity and sealed the cuticle, and took off 4 inches to give her hair a fresh, healthy start. We also mapped out a maintenance plan to keep her hair looking amazing without breaking the bank, plus talked through products to support her hair at home.
Healthy hair will always come first over rushing a result and this is exactly why 🤍
