Our peach tree Ophelia had her first peach!!

A reminder to move at the pace of peace. These carrots went too far, so we didn’t get food for our physical bodies. That said, letting them go and tending to the things I needed to, they now bring joy and “food” for my spirit through their beautiful blooms. The garden has lots of lessons. 💫💚💫

You don’t need some big ceremony to work with the elements. They are here to work with us. You just have to show up, ask, and hold gratitude. Your words that come are the right ones. She knows. The water always knows. 💦💫💚

Today’s early self care? A sauna session followed by a smoothie. Included some special lovelies from the garden. Lettuce, lemon balm, and holy basil. 💚💚💚 feeling nourished.

Every dirt church I blend a “spirit” tea. It’s a tea that is crafted from whatever herbs step forward for the gathering. This month I had to cancel the circle, but I already had the tea blended. Tonight it called. Yall, this is a new favorite that I will keep in the Apothekerry. It feels like a tonic that hits all the systems. Nervous, digestive, immune, circulation, spiritual all the things.
