Every bar is skin loving and can be used on your entire body! They’re super gentle soaps - so gentle that I even use them on my 2 year old 🥰

Let’s talk mental health for a minute. Mental health is SO important!! A little backstory on me. I grew up in an abusive household. I was basically orphaned at 18. I was sexually abused. I was abandoned. I was dismissed. I was unloved. I felt worthless and unworthy. So I ran. I ran away from the abuse. The narcissistic mom. The lack of love and support. I found my soulmate. I tried to run from him too. The feelings of worthlessness, unworthiness, guilt, and trauma, were all too much for me. I tried to take my life. Twice. My soulmate wouldn’t let me go. He supported me. He loved me. He was there and he never left. I felt that I didn’t deserve him and that he deserved better than me. But he kept on loving me, supporting me, and helping me. This was the first time I had felt true, unconditional love. I was scared. I had a bad manic episode. (I’m diagnosed with PTSD, bipolar disorder, manic depression, and severe anxiety) I sought help. The help I had needed for many, many years. I went to therapy for 6 years. I didn’t give up. Fast forward to right now. I am now almost 30. I have 1 beautiful son. Trying for another kiddo. My amazing soulmate husband. A beautiful home. Supportive friends and family. A growing small business. And most importantly….love, worthiness, self love, happiness, and joy! It took a LONG time to get to this point. There IS a light at the end of that dark tunnel. Please don’t give up. Think of the people that love you. The people that will miss you if you’re gone. Think of all the goals you can achieve if you keep going. Big and small goals. Depression is hard. Working on yourself and your mental health is HARD. But I believe in you!! I’m here for you! And I will pray for you. ❤️ Don’t let those dark feelings and thoughts take over your life. Don’t give up. Keep going! You’ve got this! If I can do it, you can too. 💕 Much love to you all.
