What supplements do you use, and why?
Does anyone have interest in bulking nutrition plans? And I'm not talking about get fat for winter then lose it for summer in Hope's of keeping 1 lb of lbm.
"Today I was rushing out the door and didn't have time to eat breakfast. I grabbed a coffee. Then by the time I got my kids lunch ready cleaned up the kitchen and got laundry going, she was done. By 3 PM I was exhausted and grabbed another coffee. I threw down a few chips so I didn't get sick. Grocery shopping, appointments, errands... by dinner I was so hungry I stuffed my face until I my stomach hurt." I guarantee you've had days like this. Probably pretty often. Meal prep doesnt have to be about a physical goal of losing weight or bulking etc.. it's about fueling your body properly. What would more energy and more time do for your life? I work, I have a 6y/o, a household to care for... i also hike regularly, go to the gym, and take an occasional nap/bath. I have the same amount of hours in the day as everyone else. How do you have the energy and time to get through the day? Food! Fuel! And when its already prepared, it frees up so much time! Grocery shopping trips, cooking that's at least 2 hours a day you could take back. Let me cook for you, so you can focus on living.
What you put in your body is important, no doubt about that. But more important is that your body is actually using what you put into it. Do you know when your body needs fats? Do you when your body needs proteins or carbohydrates? Do you know the rate at which your body absorbs these nutrients? You can lose/gain weight a million different ways, but do you know the whys behind all the "bro science"

Post training meal. Chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, spinach cooked in avocado oil, chicken stock, and sea salt, 3 ounces of ok, followed by a 10 minute walk. I personally dont count calories. I pay attention to what my body tells me, and I give it that. Everything in this meal has a specific purpose, and that is how I design my meals. Not on calories. If you have questions give me a holler!

LYF Style Nutrition took the day off today to live our fullest! Up at 4am, on the trail by 8am, sipping chicken bone broth with butter on the glacier by 10am. So lucky to be able to do what we love!

Himalayan Pink Salt! Is salt as a supplement right for you? DM me for info on sodium intake for optimizing performance. You wouldn't put unleaded fuel in a Ferrari... why do it to your own body?
