My summertime schedule has been a DREAM.
I'm starting to fill lots of spots in August.
The week of August 10th is going to be a sweet spot to book.
The week of Aug. 17th I am only working Monday and Tuesday of that week so it'll fill up fast.
I'm out of the salon Aug. 19th-23rd for continuing education in NEW YORK CITY! 🏙️
I know kiddos start school around that time so if you want to get in, please book something now. 🖤

I take Arnica tablets twice a day. Will I do it for forever??
Well, I take life a day at a time so I'm not focusing on that right now.

These tablets help tremendously with brusing.
Find them on Grove Collaborative. I also use the cream version so put topically right on a bruise.

Did you know when you use your vibration plate it's not so much about the length of time you use it, but more about speed?
I started out using the plate for 20 min on speed 20.
Now I use it for 4 minutes on speed 100+.
You're actually supposed to use the vibration up so high that while your using the plate your skin starts to itch. The itching sensation means your blood is flowing to that area WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT! 😍
