SOFY Mermaids

It was so wonderful to see everyone this week! Skipped today to spend the day with a sick grand kid but I’ll see you all tomorrow.
It was so touching to get all the love and hugs from everyone. I missed you all so much and am touched that you missed me too!

Y’s closing at 11 today and remaining closed tomorrow so no aquasize tomorrow.
Do you all have a backup routine you do on the days that you don’t get to the pool?
I ride a stationary bike on the off days and do some abs/push ups and balance stuff.
What do you do?

Do you work out on the days you can’t get to the Y? What do you do?

Who went to class today? When I woke up the weather said it was sleeting so I opted not to drive but I think it was fine.

Thanks for all the prayers. Hope to see you tomorrow (though not sure who will be there Christmas Eve!)

FYI. Hot water is fixed in the locker rooms if you shower after class! Heat too.

Where was everyone today? I think there were 8 of us in the pool?
