Jeffrey Antimarino came to the deposition. He mostly sat slouched in his chair, silent, legs crossed and arms crossed. He smirked every once in a while. (That upset my husband more than me.) Jeff got up and walked out about six or so hours in.

I'm so glad my deposition is over in the Medical Malpractice lawsuit against Jeff Antimarino.

4 days driving, with dogs, and 7 (billable) hours of pretty much listening to my facebook posts being read to me by Mimi, one of the members of Antimarino's legal team. It was exhausting. It definitely could have been done over Zoom, that's common practice in depositions, a courtesy rarely denied. We were denied. I had a chance to ask Mimi why they dragged us across country for essentially the read-along. Mimi barked something like, because we could. Then Mimi demanded to know if I understood. I believe I do, the pain's the point??

BUT, now it's Jeff Antimarino's turn to answer some questions, and hopefully soon.
