We love what we do, and we truly love each and every one of you. We know your hair appointments are important, and we never take for granted the trust you put in us.

But behind the chair, we're people too. We get sick, our kids get sick, our families need us, and sometimes life throws us things we can't plan for. When we have to reschedule an appointment, please know it's never a decision we make lightly.

We promise we'll always do our very best to get you back in as quickly as we can because we know your time matters. We simply ask for the same understanding and grace that we'd gladly extend to you if the roles were reversed.

Thank you for remembering that while we're your hairstylists during your appointment, we're also daughters, moms, wives, friends, and humans with lives outside the salon. Your kindness, patience, and support mean more to us than you know, and we're so grateful to have clients who feel like family.
