✨ A Little Reminder About Cancellations & Appointments ✨

I truly value every one of my clients and the time you set aside to come into my chair. I also want to share a little behind-the-scenes perspective on last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, I often don’t have enough time to fill that spot with another client. This means I still have to be at the salon and available during that scheduled time, but I’m not being paid for that time.

As a hairstylist, my income is directly tied to my booked appointments. So while I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up, last-minute cancellations have a real impact on my ability to earn a living.

💗 Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives me the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting for an opening.
