With a heavy heart and so much gratitude, I am announcing that BRS Facial Spa will be closing its doors on August 1, 2026, so that I can return to school full time.

This journey has been filled with joy, laughter, glowing skin, and beautiful connections, all thanks to YOU.
Thank you for trusting me with your skin and self-care. Thank you for your loyalty, your kind words, your referrals, and for allowing me to be part of your skin journey. You made every day brighter and more meaningful.

I hope this email finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that I’m writing to share some important news with you.

After many wonderful years serving you at BRS Facial Spa, I have made the difficult decision to close the doors permanently so I can return to school full-time and pursue the next chapter in my journey. My husband has lovingly offered to support our family during this time so I can focus entirely on my studies. While this is exciting, it’s also bittersweet; I will deeply miss seeing all of you.

While this may seem like a last-minute decision to some of you, in reality I had been contemplating closing BRS Facial Spa for close to a year. It’s been a very scary decision to make, closing a healthy business I’ve poured my heart into, feels crazy, but I’m stepping into a new career that I feel just as passionate about. However, this career path is taking me in a different direction.

Since I took over the business in 2020, it has been an honor to care for your skin and help you feel confident and pampered. Your trust, loyalty, and kind words have meant more to me than I can express. Thank you for being part of this journey and for allowing me to do work that I’ve loved so much.

I plan to continue seeing clients through the end of July. I will not be booking new appointments for August. After that, I will no longer be offering services at BRS Facial Spa. If you need recommendations for other wonderful estheticians or skincare professionals in the area, I’m happy to share some trusted names.

Reward Points Update:

As a thank you for your loyalty, I’m honoring all earned reward points through the end of July (even if you haven’t reached 5 points and unlocked rewards yet).

Here is what is new:

-Each point (1–4 points) = 3% off your regular service total (excluding Specials & Retail).
-But, if you’ve earned 5 points, then you have unlocked 20% off any regular service (excluding Specials).
-If you would like to use your "unlocked rewards" on a Special Service, then the discount drops from 20% to 10%. Why? -because the Special service is already discounted.
What changed? Before, you could only unlock rewards after earning 5 Reward Points, now all your points under 5 points unlock a 3% discount!

-Unlocked Rewards can now be used on retail products as well, but you must reach 5 points to unlock 15% off Retail Products.
What changed? Before, you could only use " Unlocked" reward points on Services, but now , you can use them on Retail!

I wanted to let you know about a small price adjustment that will take effect soon. Starting June 1, 2026, facial services will increase.
This modest change is necessary to help cover rising costs including:

-Icreased Supply and increased shipping fees.
-Inflation
-The full transition to premium skincare products to match the quality of (Beautiful Radiant Products).
