Meet Carlie, our little sister of the barbershop! So, If you mess with her, you mess with all of us!

A proud Santa Barbara native, Carlie has been a part of the Richie’s family for 7 years. She’s known not just for her sweet demeanor but also for her meticulous attention to detail in haircuts and straight razor shaves.

Carlie is always ready to lend a hand, whether it’s organizing cabinets, decorating for the holidays, ordering products for the boss, or covering shifts on her days off. She truly looks out for all our clients, ensuring everyone feels valued and attended to.

Additionally, Carlie generously donates her time and services to charities like the Friendship Center, showing her dedication to our community.
