“Motherhood is the most generous act I know.
You pour into everyone around you — the early mornings, the invisible labor, the way you hold the whole room together without anyone noticing.
This Mother’s Day, I want to come to you.
No driving, no schedules, no rushing out the door. Just you, your home, and an hour to finally exhale.
Soul Refuge was built for this. For the woman who needed somewhere to land.
If you have a mom, a sister, a best friend who’s been carrying a lot — this is the gift.”

The kind of care that stays with you after you leave is always the goal.
I don’t treat the face separately from the body.
And I don’t treat the body separately from the nervous system.
It’s one system.
When we calm the nervous system, release the fascia,
and create space for circulation to move, the glow isn’t the main event.
It’s the byproduct.
Thank you for trusting me with your restoration.
This is why I do this work.

Everything I do always circles back to the same few pillars: staying hydrated
keeping the body moving freely
& actually giving the nervous system a chance to breathe.
None of these work by themselves. The real magic happens in that sweet spot where they all overlap. That’s how we don’t just get results… we build real resilience🤍

Last night I stepped off my usual wellness path and onto the red carpet for the premiere of BAU, Artist at War—a powerful story written and produced by my dear friend.
The film tells the true story of how love and art survived in the unthinkable darkness of a concentration camp.
After finding each other again against all odds, she became an esthetician who healed people through her work of touch and presence.
That detail gripped my heart and hit home.
It’s a reminder that the power of human touch, offered with care and intention, can be a lifeline—whether in a treatment room today or in history’s most unimaginable places.
In my own work at Soul Refuge, I often talk about the “pause, reset, return.”
Her story is a living testament that healing presence can cross time, culture, even war.
So proud of my friend for giving voice to this legacy of resilience and quiet strength.
✨ BAU, Artist at War is now in select theaters.
