People sometimes ask me if I practice my videos before making them.

I speak from the heart and truly deliver what I feel.

I want to give back and commit 2020 to giving back to others.

I challenge you to focus on Acts of Service because “Greatness is determined in service”

I know in this video I’m saying “by service” but just know it’s because I am authentic, and even though I didn’t remember the quote correctly, doesn’t mean my message was incorrect.

It’s the 1st Saturday of 2020 and I’m so happy to share one thing that I hope gives you some joy.

There’s a reason why high performing athletes all have a routine they do every single time they step out.

Having a routine you can always rely on makes a really big difference!
