when you are booking! PLEASE have your hair style ready when booking. Please send pic/pictures of how you would like your hair styled. Once you pick a style, you cannot change it the day of appointment!!
Policy:Please be on time for your appointment! This is a business! If you are going to be late, PLEASE communicate with me. I am professional as I can be when I tell y’all money is time and time is money. If you are late that means the next client has to wait and that’s not fair. Now if I am late I will accommodate you!
Going forward if you are more than 15minutes late,you will have to pay a late fee of $15.
More than 20 mins late your appointment will be cancelled.
