Barbershop of Montgomery, located at 6001 Wares Ferry Road, held a men’s health initiative on Saturday, February 22nd from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. featuring healthcare professionals in an effort to address the impact of smoking, drinking, lack of physical exams, poor diet, lack of exercise ad more on African-American men.

Haircuts, health all the buzz at barbershop event Haircuts and healthy lifestyles might not seem like the perfect crowd-gathering combination, but it worked like a charm at a Montgomery barbershop.
Many thanks to True Divine Church and our community friends for your support of our CUT IT OUT Mens' Health Initiative. We had approximately 100 people attend the event over four hours, made measurable impact and garnered great media coverage of this important cause.
