Tuesday, Aug. 18th, Bone and Spine Health Class will be moved to Thursday the 20th.
It's time for me to retire, so my last class will be September 2nd. It's been a great 11 years teaching yoga and I will miss seeing all my students. I’m so thankful to Liz Campbell for the training and giving me the chance to teach at Yoga Gem. I had so many happy years at the studio. I’m grateful for all my teachers and my students. This has been a very special time of my life and so glad I’ve been able to share it with you!

Classes are canceled for the week of June 14th. Classes will resume on June 22nd.
There will be no classes on Monday. I will have a 7 am Stretch, Breathe, and Meditate on Friday.
