Social media says I should be worried about engagement.

Butttt turns out being a hairstylist means becoming emotionally invested in a lot of unfinished storylines. 😂

I’m more concerned with cliffhangers, box dye and the cancellation that happened 15 minutes ago. 🎨 The best part of the job isn’t just the hair, it’s getting to know all of you and somehow ending up waiting for life updates like the rest of the season hasn’t aired yet.

Too bad Instagram doesn’t have anonymous comments… I’d love to know what tea I’m still missing. ☕👀

Over time, this is what can happen when only the top layers are being brightened appointment after appointment..the surface gets lighter and lighter while the underneath stays dark, creating an uneven look and harsh contrast.

Today’s goal for my new client was balance. ✨

We added depth back where it was needed, kept the brightness she loves and created a more dimensional, blended color that will grow out beautifully while allowing her to continue maintaining with partial highlights. 🤎✨
