A spot is waiting for you! Restorative Yoga + Chair Massage 💜

More Deets:
Restorative Yoga is not flow yoga. Carla guides you into 6-8 longer poses (8-10 min each) where you are lying down (legs up a wall, side lying, hugging a bolster, etc)... all meant for you to slow down, sink in, and be HELD... to really just BE.
You are covered with a blanket and guided by Carla with thoughts to ponder, and then just drift off.

Where does the massage come in?...
Each person rotates (skips) one pose and receives a chair massage. This means you get a 8-10 min chair massage (mostly back and neck). I am set up in the same space.

Where: Carla's home yoga studio located just on the outside of Anamosa across from the Anamosa Bowhunter's.

Cost: $30

We encourage you to bring your own mat, but not necessary if you don't have one! We also encourage you to dress in layers as your body slows down and adjusts to the temperature.

As part of a workshop we are hosting we need people willing to get FREE scar tissue work done here at the school.

Volunteers needed:
Mon May 4th from 2pm-5pm
and/or Tues May 5th from 10am-noon
