In 2017, I built Bliss Salon from the ground up — and for the first 9 months, it was just me. Monday through Friday, 10am to 8pm. No team. No guarantees. Some days a full book, some days an empty chair… and I showed up either way.

I wasn’t waiting for it to be perfect. I was building it while being scared, tired, and figuring it out in real time.

That’s the part nobody sees in the highlight reel. But it’s the part that made everything else possible.

Bliss didn’t happen to me — I built it. From scratch. 🖤

Today, Bliss Salon turns 9 and when I look back, I don’t just see a business. I see growth. I see resilience. I see risk that turned into reward. I see lessons that sharpened me as a leader, a stylist, and a woman.

There were seasons that stretched me. Moments that tested me. Decisions that felt heavy. But every challenge built the foundation we stand on now.

There’s something about unplugging and traveling the Baja coastline that resets your perspective. 🌊✨

I just returned from an incredible experience camping and exploring through Baja California and B.C.S., and it was everything I needed… wide open skies, quiet mornings, and a little adventure.

Now I’m officially back and have jumped straight into a full schedule. February is filling quickly and I have limited openings remaining. If you’ve been meaning to book, now is the time to secure your appointment.
