✨ Things I wish everyone knew about their skin…

After years believing some of these myths myself before becoming an esthie - I figured it was time to share the most common myths I talk to clients about almost every day.✨

I have met so many clients that have become so frustrated with little to no results after spending money on products they don’t need—or accidentally making their skin worse. I too have been caught in this scenario, and it can be so defeating. 😵‍💫

Healthy skin isn’t about using the strongest products or following every trend.

It’s about understanding your skin, protecting your barrier, reducing inflammation, and staying consistent. As the “wicked smaht” people say…trust the process. 😅

True skin change comes with an overall approach that includes gut health, botanical skincare, balancing your nervous system, along with time and mutual effort. 🙌🏻 I’m talking home care plan as well as a studio schedule.

I mean, it’s like going to the gym and going home and not doing the meal plan and expecting great results right?!🤣
