Let’s talk about healthy skin barriers!!

Your skin is a blank canvas. A healthy skin barrier is in direct correlation to flawless results in your makeup application. You can buy all of the top dollar high end makeup on the market, but if you apply it to a dry and damaged skin barrier, you’re wasting your time (and money).

Cold weather is almost here! Cold weather leads to dry, dehydrated and dull skin. It took a lot of trial and error to determine how to manage my dry skin and achieve a glowing and healthy skin barrier.

This picture is as “up close and personal” as I’ve ever been to showing my skin, with zero filter! I took the scenic route in achieving a healthy skin barrier, but I finally reached my destination!

What are my 3 non-negotiable products to get healthy skin? These are my recommendations:

1) A multi-acid AHA exfoliation and hydrating milky acid peel.
2) A hydrating milky toner.
3) 100% grass fed beef tallow with organic olive oil, raw honey & beeswax.

And for good measure, I SWEAR by face taping 2-3 times a week with medical grade silicone scar tape for fine lines and wrinkles. Better than Botox!
