HI ALL!!! Wanted to give u an update!
Since I made this post, Kris and I have started new rituals, and things that have literally changed our life forever. We got off our plateau we have been on and have literally got the best results in just two months !
July 1 we will be launching our new group to let u all know what we have been up to, and how you can get started on ur journey! If u still want in let me know! Meaning – You have to be in charge and have a plan of action or method of operation to follow daily.
Time gets away from you quickly if you don't manage it and take massive action to be productive each day.

Let’s think about why we need a coach. Coaches bring out the best in us and help us to reach our potential. They help us to become the best versions of ourselves when we are unable to see it objectively. Sometimes we need that push to see what we are actually capable of doing.
Coaches accelerate success.
I have many coaches in my life; for my business, for my fitness training, for my nutrition and for other new ventures I may seek. It’s great to have coaches that have been in my shoes and that I can learn from to help me get closer to creating the lifestyle I’ve always wanted.
Grateful for taking us on! He’s the best@there is in this world, at least in my opinion. Took everything I had to convince him, and it was worth it! Love our regimen with him!! Out to become my best this year, and he’s the exact coach we needed in this area at the best gym in town!

What I love most about my business is that is has become a staple for a strong community of women to empower each other. Because, together, we are stronger.
We all have story, with all its ups and downs. Together as a group we can talk about our wins but share our losses and mistakes, too. I
found out that other women need to know each other’s stories, so they can clear the fairy tale from their minds.
My hopes is when they see that the road i’ve travelled is very much like the one they’re on, they start believing they have the power to reach their goals, just as I do!!
For this reason I’m starting a new challenge for women like me who may need a little “empowerment.” It is a challenge we can all do together, go through ups and downs together and crush goals, together!
