Home sick with my babies today and something is so heavy on my heart. I have never felt so torn about something and I know other service providers feel it too. Sick season with kids is HARD! By the time we recover from one sickness the next one is gearing up. As their mama and also your stylist I feel such a crisis when I need to reschedule. On one hand I would do absolutely anything for my children and know it’s important and safer to keep them home but on the other hand I dread having to send you the text of needing to reschedule, of not seeing you and doing what I love and also of missing out on the very crucial income that helps provide for these babies. If you have been a client of mine for years or one that Is new please know that I truly appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. I don’t have sick time, vacation time or pto and these days I get to snuggle my kids while they are sick will pass so quickly, and I appreciate your patience in allowing me to be home with them ❤️ Hoping to be back in the salon tomorrow

13 years ago I started at this front desk and had no idea this would be the start of the most amazing career I could have asked for. I was hired as a receptionist and I watched as all of the stylists who I looked up to play such a huge part in making their clients hair dreams a reality while becoming confidants and some friends. I always had an interest in cosmetology but didn’t have the self confidence to make it happen. That was until I met Susan and the stylists at Evolution. I had never met a group of women who were all so different yet driven and dedicated to the hustle that it takes to be successful in our industry. As we wrap up this chapter of this location I am flooded with so many memories I’ve made with my coworkers, friends and so many clients over the years. I can not wait to be in our new space and am so grateful for all of the hard work Susan is putting into making it perfect for the stylists and clients. Thank you all for the many many years we have spent together! I am so excited and grateful to see what the next chapter brings 💗 Thank you to all of my clients who have helped support my family and dreams!

**Starting in October** I am super excited to announce Hair by Stephanie will be in a new location just moments away from the original salon! The past few weeks have been filled with ALL of the emotions and I am grateful to have had so many years working with the most talented stylists and friends! If we have an appointment scheduled in September I will fill you in on all of the exciting changes with Evolution, if I see you in October you will be receiving a message with all of the new information and we will catch up the next time we see each other in my new location!!

I am so grateful to have such a supportive group of coworkers who have become SO MUCH more than that. These girls that I work with at Evolution have truly become family over the years. We have laughed, cried, suffered losses, shared each others joy, had babies, watched babies grow into young adults… it’s just incredible!! Different ages, backgrounds, lives, opinions and so much more and yet we are a TEAM always. I encourage you all to find your tribe, to find women who cheer you on, hold you accountable and check in always. They are out there, and I have found my tribe of crazies 💕

This sweet guest has SO MUCH hair and was ready for the slightest change. For so long she has had her hair very dark and wanted to add some depth and dimension but was terrified of being “blonde”

We did a foilyage of very blended pieces and toned them to the most beautiful chocolate brown using
