I haven’t shared any hair pics in a while, but this one was so fun I just had to! 🩷💜💙

10:43 pm, just leaving the salon after putting the final touches together. After 6 months away, our salon is finally fixed, and tomorrow is our first day back! We are SO excited! 🎉

While we don’t have a tree set up this year, we are still collecting donations for Mission Christmas. Hannah, Becca, and myself have our angel tags in our suites. If you are interested in helping, please reach out! 🎄

We have moved into a temporary spot while our salon gets fixed! All three of us were able to get a suite at My Salon Suites, still located in Mooresville! Thank you to everyone who has checked in on us. We are getting all set up and moved in today!

Due to a burst pipe above the salon, we will be closing for a few weeks. To anyone who has a standing appointment, we will be in touch with you to come up with a plan! Please be patient with us, we will hopefully find a temporary home quickly!

Yesterday’s transformation reminded me to take a before(or maybe during 🙈) and after! 🧡

Over the past few days, Facebook has reminded me that five years ago I opened Alexandra Hair Studio. I’ve wanted to make a post, but all I can come up with, was that I was thankful.

I am so incredibly thankful for my coworkers. But I wouldn’t even call them that. We are friends, we are a family. We may not hangout as much as we should out of the salon, but we spend every day together. We see the good, bad, and ugly. We are there for each other. I truthfully would not have been able to love going to work as much as I do, without them.

Then there are my clients. Some of my clients have been with me from the beginning, some have joined along the way. I am so incredibly lucky, and thankful to have every single one of them. And honestly, “clients” doesn’t even seem like the right word. These people have supported not only my career, but have seen me grow as a person over the last ten years. We share our lives with each other. The connection that is made while I have them in my chair, is priceless.

I am not only thankful for my clients, but everyone’s clients. There are no strangers in our salon. We have built the best relationships over the past five years. Everyone makes the salon what it is today.

I am proud of Alexandra Hair Studio, and I can say that because of all of you.
