Per request I am now using the tens unit for pain relief. There is no extra cost for this add-on service!
(A TENS unit is a small, battery-operated device that uses sticky electrode pads on the skin to deliver mild electrical impulses for pain relief. It works by blocking pain signals to the brain and releasing natural endorphins).

CLIENT OF THE WEEK: Karen Erickson!
Karen has been getting therapeutic medical massages every three weeks from me going on 7 years! Her primary focus is to alleviate fibromyalgia flare ups. We add cupping and hot stones to enhance her session.
Karen is a retired respiratory therapist from Sanford and she enjoys traveling the world and going to concerts. Weekends you can find her relaxing at her lake home and going to car shows. ❤️

Tracy is an excellent massage therapist! She is intuitive and always checks in with you throughout the massage to make sure your needs are met. I leave each appointment feeling relaxed and restored. She’s the best I’ve been to in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Would definitely recommend!
