Anytime this man is in town, I will find a reason to see him. Why?? He has been the only mentor I’ve had in the acting world to be supportive, kind and nurturing consistently
Today I showed up to try to take care of my dad, Bill, you were sympathetic, had time to listen, and I so appreciate how you take care of those around you (weather it you take personal time to get to know the customers in the store, or amazing philanthropical ways you contribute)
has known me since I was freaking born!! 28 years later I had the privilege of training him and his amazing wife in my brand new home gym!! The coolest part? I was able to show MY MENTOR, a NEW landmine exercise that will increase his striking power.

It’s pretty amazing that impact one individual can have on your life. has been a teacher and mentor not only to me but everyone in my family in one way or another. This morning my dad surprised me with Kancho in my own gym…
Crazy to think it was five years ago that I didn’t have a place to stay during Covid, you took me under your wing, invited me into your home, and taught me how to be an honorable man. Today having you in my house, my Gym, my mini dojo… I just checked something off my bucket list. I love you Cameron ✊

Over the last three months, I’ve dedicated myself to getting ready for a bodybuilding competition in December. The truth is, I keep giving myself reasons to bail—and why is that? Partially, I’m scared of failing, because I’ve seen what my competition looks like. But the bigger truth is, I’m starting my life over in a completely different part of LA, and with that comes plenty of hurdles.
Even though I’m going to try my hardest to get into the best shape of my life over the next two months, I’m even more proud of the fact that I’ve been seizure-free for 15 months. I’m healthy, and even though my body isn’t where I want it to be yet, I’m proud of the progress I’ve made.
