So I thought I'd share this pic because even estheticians with all the resources we have, sometimes struggle with skin issues. This month, this is what I get. 😒
At 55 you'd think I was done breaking out but breakout can have many causes. This could be related to stress ( there's a lot right now 🥵), this crazy weather, meds I've been on lately(also probably a cause for that dehydration!), or even my perpetually whacky hormones. So, I detox, exfoliate, and hydrate and treat the spots... and wait. Sometimes this is what 55 looks like. And that's OK. 🤷♀️ 😉😊
