I never imagined I’d be sharing something like this on my salon page, but so many of you have become more than clients—you’ve become friends.

As many of you know, Mike was seriously injured and is unable to work while he recovers. It’s been a hard adjustment for our family as we navigate surgeries, recovery, caring for Spencer, and trying to keep life moving forward.

Some amazing friends created a GoFundMe to help us get through this difficult time. If you’re able to donate, we are incredibly grateful. If donating isn’t possible, sharing the fundraiser would help just as much.

Some of you already know, and some of you may not, but I wanted to share a little about what’s been going on behind the scenes.

Mike builds houses from the ground up for a living, and while he was home, he had a terrible accident. He fell about one story from a porch that was still under construction, breaking both of his wrists. He recently had surgery and will be out of work for the next 8–12 weeks while he recovers.

As many of you know, family always comes first. Right now, that means spending more time at home caring for Mike, helping him through recovery, and taking care of our little guy, Spencer. Because of that, my availability at the salon has been more limited than usual, and appointments have been filling much faster.

I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and flexibility during this time. Your kindness, encouraging messages, and continued support mean more to us than you’ll ever know. If you have any questions about scheduling or need to find a time that works, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll always do my best to accommodate everyone whenever I can.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for continuing to support Dapper Hallow, my family, and me. I have the most incredible clients, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you. 🖤

Two years ago today, I took a leap and moved my business closer to home… and just like that, Dapper Hallow was born. 🎃✂️

What started as a dream quickly became my little corner of the world — a place where the Halloween lifestyle and professional hair care come to life every single day.

From vintage treasures and historic touches to spooky conversation pieces and dark cozy vibes, every inch of the Hallow reflects who I am and everything I love. Around here, it’s Halloween 365. 🕯️🦇

Creating a space where I can fully let my personality shine while making people feel confident and comfortable has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Watching this tiny dream grow into something so loved means more to me than words could ever explain.

To every loyal client who has sat in my chair, supported my business, shared my posts, recommended me, laughed with me, trusted me, and continued to show up for me through the years… thank you from the bottom of my heart. None of this would exist without you. You helped turn a dream I had since high school into reality, and I will forever be grateful for that. 🖤

I also want to thank Allure Salon Group, LLC for giving me such a cozy salon suite and an amazing location at The Shoppes at Montage. It truly became the perfect home for Dapper Hallow.

These past two years have been filled with growth, creativity, amazing conversations, unforgettable memories, and so much gratitude. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for this spooky little salon of mine. 🕸️✨
