A small update. I haven’t been posting much at all and it’s because I am deep in the trenches of creating vision. As most of you know I am getting married this year and things will change but I need to get clear about what I want and need my everyday to be and how I can achieve that.

I WILL CONTINUE TO DO HAIR! however my current day to day will not align with my vision and you will likely see some changes in the nature of the services I offer and how I show up. The tarot pulls have been me dabbling in a direction I would like to go and the feedback has been wonderful thank you to those who reached out. It has given me encouragement to continue the direction I want to go.

While I am still working on my vision of the future and how to get there, I am excited for what’s to come and will start sharing more when a few more things come together. Thank you for your continued support, I hope you find a little magic in your day ♥️

Because I realized I don’t share enough about hair care so I decided to share products I like with my basic routine to help keep your hair healthy and looking great.

There are styling product options for my air drying peeps but one of the products can do both air drying or blow drying. I use it and love it, it’s called Style Guru.

All of these products are clean meaning the ingredients are non harmful to us or the environment and packaging is taken into environmental consideration.

I have been getting more clients wanting color services that need multiple techniques to achieve the color they show me. Just a friendly reminder a traditional partial or traditional full doesn’t include any additional technical coloring like an added root,lowlights, hair painting and is on a specific timed block.

If you need or want more than just a traditional highlight please book either a partial color edit or a full color edit.
I will try to get more video of what each service includes in the future to help clear up any confusion.

I have been obsessed with adding k-tips to fill in gaps or sparse areas especially around the face. Or adding pops of fun color without the commitment. Heck I did it on myself because I knew if I lightened my hair it would be so mad at me (because I have VERY HARD WATER)

Also this is great for filling in layers from a haircut or bangs you may have tried and want to grow out but it’s just taking forever to grow.

Am I a little crazy? Maybe lol Let me tell you some realities when doing what I call corrective extension sessions.

Usually multiple techniques will have to be used.

They will never be perfect. Adding that length to hair that short will never look perfect but I make sure I get as close as possible with the techniques I have under my belt.

You will have to style your hair every day and likely touch up your hair throughout the day to keep the blend looking nice. And you won’t be able to pull your hair up unless you’re okay with looking a little 🤪

Now I don’t always agree to do these kinds of services because it ain’t for the weak and I need specific boxes to be checked. I will always suggest a wig as first option because the reality is it’s easier for at home maintenance.

Bonus tip for my clients with color treated hair!!

👒Hats will be your best friend in the sun to fight color fade!

The water will also fade your color fast but the best thing to help that fade is a quick color gloss treatment in salon between appointments to keep your color vibrant!
