Due to the increase in no shows and untimely cancelations I feel it is necessary to make a few changes.

Effective immediately if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, there will be a $25 late fee added to your total.
I will now require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you book with me and do not show up or cancel at the last minute there will be a $75 rebooking fee that will need to be paid in advance before scheduling another appointment. This will apply to each no show event.

I believe there is not one size fits all in hair clients. Every client has different hair that requires different amounts of product and time. Moving forward, services will be priced based on the amount of product used and the time spent on your hair so that pricing stays fair across the board. My price list is a guide so if you have extremely long or thick hair there may be an upcharge.

I love helping you feel beautiful but this is my job and when you don't show up for your scheduled appointments that held up a spot that could have been filled by a paying customer.
