Just wanted to pop on here and talk a little about the cancellation policy that the salon recently shared 🤍

This cancellation policy has always been in place, but just hasn’t always been enforced. Over the last couple of months, it’s become something that truly has to be done in order for a small business and stylists to stay afloat.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. Last minute cancellations or missed appointments often leave open spots that are really hard to fill on short notice.

As stylists, we’re paid per service we provide, so unused appointment times mean we miss out on income that we had set that time aside for.

I truly cherish each and every one of my clients, never take our conversations or time together for granted, and am so thankful for every single one of you.

This policy is simply in place to help protect our time and allow us to continue serving all of our amazing clients as best as we can. It also helps give other clients the chance to take those spots when they become available!
