Just letting everyone know everything is going well and should be back to work when appointments are scheduled!
Still icing every few hours instead of pain medication . It actually seems to be more effective .
I want to thank all who reached out to check on me during this time off. I truly am blessed with wonderful clients/ friends.

Traffic delay coming to US 119, Mileground Road Thursday US 119, Mileground Road will be reduced to two lanes with no center turn lane while crews work on a widening project in the area, starting at 7 a.m. Thursday, April 27.

We appear to be heading backwards. In the last 2 weeks have had more people canceling with Covid or Covid exposure than ever before. I appreciate that we all wanted to see / spend time with family during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays because you haven't seen them in 2 years but it's becoming an issue now that everyone is home. With school starting this week and the university starting next week please be aware of your surroundings and mask up if you're in public.

We realize at this point we all will eventually get some version of this virus, but please be courteous and let us know if you have been exposed! Thanks so much for your continued support.

Out of an abundance of caution we are asking clients to please mask up again. In the last week we have had several cancellations due to clients testing positive for Covid! The were all vaccinated and several had received their boosters as well. We realize that you may not develop symptoms but to protect those with underlying health issues we would appreciate your cooperation.
