Over the past 3 months, I spent an average of 15 hours per week building a growth plan to support the future of my business. I've gained a clearer vision of what I want for myself and my team, and have a tangible plan to enact to get us there.

Along the way, I got to know and connect with some pretty incredible people. Our cohort was filled with kind, smart professionals who were excited to share and grow with each other - I'm thankful to be able to call them my friends.

I believe this opportunity will not only allow me to keep investing in myself, but continue making an impact within my industry + the business community here in Morgantown.

-> baking Christmas cookies for my team and our clients

-> creating + sending out my annual Christmas cards

-> watching Luna open her presents
