GUESS WHOSE CAST IS OFF! 🙌🏼💜
I had my follow-up today and my fracture is completely healed! I still have some stiffness and strength to regain, and I’ll wear my cast when I’m out for now. If things keep progressing like they are, I’m hoping to be back to work by the end of this month! 🙏🏼
My doctor actually told me I’m way further along in my healing than he expected, and I truly believe it’s because I’ve been intentional about taking care of my body throughout this entire process. Things only heal when we give our bodies what they need to heal.
My routine started with ice, red light therapy, peptides, gentle wrist mobilization inside the cast, and constantly moving and using my fingers. Around the four-week mark, I started adding acupuncture, massaging and working on the area myself, and some gentle cupping. Over the last week and a half, I gradually spent more time out of the cast during the day, moving my wrist a little more each day and listening closely to what my body could handle.
Now, I’m NOT telling anyone to do what I did if you break a bone. Every injury and every body is different, so follow the guidance of the professionals treating you. My point is to take care of your body and listen to it.
I always say pain is your body’s check engine light. 🚨 If that light comes on, something needs attention. Ignoring it doesn’t make the problem disappear. The longer you ignore it, the harder it can become to fix.
I’m SO happy to have this cast off and even happier I didn’t hear “a few more weeks.” 😂 Still some work to do, but I’m one big step closer to getting these hands back to work! 💪🏼💜

Today’s follow-up appointment was a good one!
While I was sitting in the waiting room, I couldn’t help but notice a gentleman scheduling a consult for right knee surgery.
Watching his gate as he stood there and then when he walked, I noticed his left hip was out of alignment, causing him to put more pressure on his right knee and his right knee was bowed out. Before he left, I simply said, “Make sure you get your hip treated too, or your knee may continue to hurt.”
He came over and we talked for a few minutes. I explained what I was seeing and why it mattered. Then he asked, “Where do you work?”
I told him, “Morgantown.”
He laughed and said, “Well… how am I supposed to come see you?” 😂
I told him to find a reputable medical massage therapist close to home and share what we talked about. There are amazing therapists everywhere. I didn’t get into this profession to keep every client for myself. I got into it to help people. There are enough massage therapists to go around.
Well… plot twist. 😂
After my appointment, I walked downstairs and he was waiting for me before I left. We talked a little more, and he told me about healing his other knee. Which was more than likely what started the hip issue on the left that shortened his QL and now he puts to much pressure on his right knee and hip. He said, “Can I have your business number? I’d really like to come see you.”
I laughed and told him, “I’d love to treat you… but I’m still out of commission for a few more weeks!” 😂
I gave him my business number and told him to reach out when I’m back. Moments like that remind me why I love what I do.
Apparently, I really am ready to get back to work. 😂
Now for my own good news…
The X-rays looked great! 🙌 Everything is healing exactly how we want it to. Even showed me the white area where the new bone is forming.
The plan is to stay in the cast for hopefully just 3 more weeks instead of the original 5. If everything continues to heal like it has, this should be my last follow-up before the cast comes off and I can start physical therapy.
Until then, I’m sticking with my game plan:
✨ Moving my fingers and gently working on the range of motion I can inside the cast.
✨ Peptides.
✨ Two rounds of infrared light every night.
✨ Two rounds of icing every night.
✨ Acupuncture in my forearm in a couple of days.
✨Some gentl soft tissue scraping probably in a week or so.
I’m doing everything I can to give my body the best possible chance to heal.
Would I love to be an overachiever and get this cast off sooner? Absolutely. 😂 But the doctor said, “Three weeks,” so three weeks it is!
Best possible outcome so far, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I can’t wait to get these hands back to doing what they love. 💙

Some places become so much more than four walls.
As I stood in my empty office for the last time, I couldn’t help but reflect on everything this space has given me over the past two years. It witnessed so many milestones, celebrations, challenges, tears, laughter, and growth—not just in my business, but in my life.
To every client, every neighbor at the gym, every person who stopped in, checked on me, supported me, trusted me, and believed in this dream… thank you. Your love and encouragement have truly changed my life. Through some of the highest highs and lowest lows, you’ve been there. What started as building a business turned into finding a family, and that is something I’ll never take for granted.
One of the hardest parts of this move is knowing I won’t be able to step outside my door and see your smiling faces every day or ask how you’re doing. Those little moments meant more to me than you’ll ever know. You’ve brought so much joy, peace, strength, love, and growth into my life, and I will forever be grateful for every memory made in that space.
This isn’t goodbye. It’s the beginning of a new chapter. Because of your support, I’m able to grow into a bigger space, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. I hope you’ll continue this journey with me because no matter where my business is located, you’ll always be part of its story.
A little update: after a lot of thought, I’ve decided to push my opening to August. Between the move and recovering from my broken bones, I’ve realized I need to give my body the time it deserves to truly heal. I haven’t really slowed down since my injury, and now that the biggest part of the move is behind me, it’s time to rest so I can come back stronger.
The Recovery Room will be opening first, followed shortly after by massage appointments. I’ll share the official opening dates as soon as everything is finalized.
Thank you to everyone who has helped make this transition possible and to those who have continued showing up for me while I’ve been healing. Your kindness has meant more than words can express.
Here’s to new beginnings, continued growth, and many more years together. ❤️
Anyone want to help me assemble some things today?

Update! Good news! 🙌
I don’t need surgery!! 🎉 That was definitely the best news I’ve heard in a while.
The doctor said it’s a clean break, which is basically the best-case scenario. I’ll still be in this brace/cast for about 6–8 weeks, but here’s the part I’m most excited about… I’m allowed to take it off to shower! 😂 I swear, when they told me that, I almost started jumping for joy. I’m also allowed to start moving my fingers, which should help with recovery and might even speed things up a little.
More good news—I had acupuncture on Monday, and my tailbone is already feeling a lot better. I’m finally not catching my breath every time I take a step, so that’s a huge win.
I’m staying optimistic about this healing journey. I’ll be adding peptides soon to help with recovery, continuing with acupuncture, and once I’m healed up a little more, I’ll probably do some scraping therapy too.
Thank you all so much for the prayers, messages, and for checking in on me. I also want to thank everyone who has offered to help me move my business. It’s still a work in progress, and so many people have reached out to lend a hand. Your kindness and support truly mean more than you know, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of you. ❤️
Here’s to healing up and getting back to normal! 💪

💔 An Update From Me 💔
Well… apparently I was overdue for a broken bone, so I decided to break two. 😅
Friday night I broke my wrist and fractured my tailbone. Unfortunately, that means I will be out of work for approximately 6–8 weeks while I heal.
To say I’m heartbroken would be an understatement. After months of planning, building, moving, and getting everything ready for the new space, this definitely wasn’t part of the plan. I was so excited to welcome everyone into the new office on July 1st.
The good news is that Triquetra Body LLC is still moving! The move is still happening, but the Recovery Room will be opening next week instead of July 1st. Since I only have one working hand right now, I need just a little more time to get everything finished and set up.
I know this is incredibly unfortunate, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience. One of the hardest parts for me is knowing I won’t be able to work on all of you for a while. Your progress means so much to me, and I don’t want anyone to lose the momentum we’ve built together.
Because of that, I have another licensed massage therapist who has graciously agreed to help take care of my clients while I recover. If you’d like to continue your treatment plan during my time away, I’ll be happy to help get you scheduled with her until I’m back.
I also have a lot of appointments to reschedule over the next couple of months. If you have an appointment scheduled within the next 6–8 weeks, I would really appreciate it if you could send me a message after seeing this post (or my email). That will help me work through my schedule much faster without having to call every client individually while I’m recovering.
Please be patient with me during this time. I’m in quite a bit of pain, but I’ll be doing everything I can to answer messages, get everyone rescheduled, and continue getting the new space ready as I’m able.
This is definitely a scary time but your prayers, and your continued support would mean the world. I already miss doing what I love, and I can’t wait to get back to helping all of you.
See you all soon in the recovery room ❤️ I trust God has a plan.

✨ EXCITING NEWS ✨
The wait is finally over… Triquetra Body LLC is moving! 🖤
Beginning July 1st, you’ll be able to find me at:
📍 3200 Collins Ferry Road, Suite B
Morgantown, WV 26505
There is a driveway to the right of the building that leads down to the lower units. My office is the unit on the left. I will have a temporary sign on the door until my decals and road signage are installed.
As many of you know, this has been a long process, and I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter. Along with a larger space, Triquetra Body LLC will soon be expanding to include a Recovery Room! There are still a few details being finalized, so I’ll be sharing more information as everything comes together.
Please be patient with me during the transition. The signs may not be up right away, and some areas of the new space may still be getting organized as I settle in and get everything running smoothly.
I will be off Friday through Tuesday to move, clean, organize, and prepare for opening day on July 1st.
If anyone would like to help during those days, I would be incredibly grateful. I don’t even know exactly what I’ll need help with yet, but if you’re interested, send me a message. Any help is appreciated more than you know.
And if you can’t help in person, the biggest help you can give me is referrals. Please help spread the word and tell your friends, family, coworkers, and anyone who may benefit from my services. Small businesses grow because of people like you. ❤️
Thank you all for your patience, support, encouragement, referrals, and trust over the last two years. You have helped make this possible, and I appreciate every single one of you.
I can’t wait to welcome you into the new space and see what’s in store for the future. ✨

✨ BIG NEWS! ✨
The date is officially set… Triquetra Body LLC is moving into its own space the first week of July!
There are still a few things left to finish before move-in day. Construction is underway, painting still needs done, and there are plenty of final details to wrap up. As many of you know, these things never go exactly according to plan, so please bear with me through the process. I’ll continue to keep everyone updated as I know more and as we get closer to opening the doors.
This is such an exciting milestone, but it’s also a bittersweet one. Over the last two years, CrossFit Morgantown has been more than just a location for my business. It has been a place filled with friendships, support, growth, laughter, and memories that I will always be grateful for. Leaving is not something I take lightly, but I’m incredibly excited for what this next chapter will bring.
If you would have told me two years ago that I’d be moving into my own larger space, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. There were a lot of moments when this felt like a distant dream, but here we are. God has opened doors I never expected, and I am beyond grateful for the opportunities, lessons, and people He has placed in my life along the way.
Most importantly, none of this would be possible without all of you. For the last two years, you’ve trusted me with your care, supported my business, referred your friends and family, shared my posts, cheered me on, and helped keep my doors open. I truly cannot thank you enough for believing in me and in what I do.
The new location will be on Collins Ferry Road in Morgantown, right beside The Hot Spot. Don’t worry, I’ll be sharing the exact address and plenty of updates as we get closer to move-in day.
There are a lot of exciting things coming, and I can’t wait to share them with you. Thank you for continuing to support me throughout this process. Here’s to the next chapter, many more years of serving this community, and all the exciting things still to come.
Stay tuned… ❤️
