Thank you to all that have contacted asking if family ok after the devastating flooding of last week. Yes we are fine, blessed beyond measure to have remained in our homes, electricity, water. Many were not. From the OMG to the what can we do to help to the what remains open/closed, what disappeared from water to the seeing and understanding frustration, anger, sense of what happens next. My hometown will survive and one day recover somewhat.
