The Smooth Cactus

Hi everyone! Just a quick update regarding my cancellation policy going forward. 💛

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans have to change. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that I’m often unable to fill on short notice. I will, of course, be understanding towards illnesses, kids getting sick, family emergencies, ect.

Effective immediately, appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled services. No-shows will be subject to a 75% fee.

These fees are for the missed appointment time and will not be applied as a credit toward a future appointment.

I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and schedule. Thank you so much for continuing to support my small business — I appreciate each and every one of you! 🌵💛

Good morning clients! Just a little heads up about my evening appointment times. As of right now I do not have ANY evening appointment slots until the third week of September. That being said if you are needing an appointment after 3:00 in the near future, you might want to head on over to my online booking and get yourself on the schedule. There is also a waitlist option you can sign up for as well.

Thank you for keeping me so incredibly busy!!!! I appreciate it more than I can say!
